Creole Mac & Cheese

  • Pasta
  • 16 oz OG cheese
  • Bell pepper (I used red & yellow), sliced
  • Onion, diced
  • Beyond Sausage (2)
  • Cornstarch
  • 1 tbsp Creole seasoning


  1. Cook your pasta to the desired texture you want. Drain it.
  2. In a pan, cook your sausages sliced with the bell pepper and onion.
  3. Add them once cooked to your pasta, add the OG cheese and cornstarch and creole seasoning.
  4. Mix well, let thicken. Enjoy!


This is such a nice flavored dish. The creole seasoning contains salt so if you're sensitive to salt be careful with it. You could even start with 1/2 tbsp, try it and add the full amount if you want more!
