Where do I pick up?

Pick ups are on Fridays in Pasadena. You will get an email confirmation with the address.

Are you doing this in Portland?

At this time we are not. Due to COVID-19 & the safety of our employees we have been focusing in LA for now. We hope to be back in Portland soon.

Will you be offering any other menu items?

We are focused on our Original Cheese which can be used in combination to make a plethora of different types of macs. We will be showing you how to make some of our menu items as the dates comes closer.

What is your cheese made of?

Our cheese is completely vegan & gluten free. We use almond milk, vegetable oil, nutritional yeast and a secret blend of spices.

Do you offer a gluten free pasta?

At this point we are not packaging gluten free pasta. If you'd like to use your own pasta, we offer the purchase of our cheese by itself. We are hard at work creating recipes you can use our cheese for. Our first recipe should be launching this Monday!

What kind of bread crumbs do you use?

We proudly use Kelly's Croutons Just Crumbs. They are vegan, have gluten and use cashews.
